A delightful South-American explosion of Summer flavor:
Cut jicama root into cubes or slices. Sprinkle red chile powder and fresh lime juice on each piece before popping into mouth….

Memory:
When I rode the Trans-Siberian Railway in 1978 a fellow traveler from England turned me on to a strange but interesting combo: Bread with Peanut Butter and Miso. Today I prefer to spread the PB and Miso on a Bagel, but I still like the earthy and salty flavor the Miso adds to the Peanut Butter.
